Turnabout 2017 Results Are In!
Turnabout 2017 results for TIHAN, Lashes and Staches, was a success! Tucson’s LGBTQ, gay-friendly businesses, and non-profits all came together for the community and put on a show to help those in need, living with HIV and Aids.
Altogether, TIHAN collected well over $15,000 thanks to the generosity to all who donated. And let’s not forget about how Tempest Dujour and Janee Starr hosted the event and had everyone laughing like silly pack of Hyenas. So good!
Here at GayTucson.com, We try and sponsor a table ever year! If you would like to contribute, you too can be a sponsor for the Turnabout event.
Remember, even if you missed this occasion, TIHAN always accepts donations throughout the year. These donations help to continue providing services in support of those living with HIV and AIDS. Also, not all donations to TIHAN need to be in the form of money. Donations of time, expertise, or materials will work just as fine.
For example, this month, TIHAN is in need of laundry detergent and bar soap to put in an estimated 75 to 80 care packages, distributed to those with HIV and Aids. Let’s try our best to help out, if you can. Donations can be dropped off at the TIHAN office Monday through Friday, 8:30 am-4:30 pm.
