After three years of no exercise, I decided it was time
to get off my butt and start exercising. I thought about joining the Bally's gym where I use to work out, but realized
I would just spend the money and not go. Why would I, nothing motivated me to go for the last three years so what would
motivate me to go now. And then I realized, I needed to be held accountable. If I had an appointment, I would
go.
So I decided to find a personal trainer to kick start my exercise regime. Two days later, Ed from Presidio Hair called and told me about Billy. He said I should meet him and so I did. It was like the universe was saying,
"Tony Ray, you've become a blob of jello attached to a stick, go work out!" And I am so glad I did.
I was nervous at first about over doing it, but that wasn't the case. After my first work out with Billy, I felt great.
A little muscle soreness, but not so much that I was uncomfortable. He new just how much weight I could handle and he
made sure my form was always perfect. If you are thinking about working out and need someone to get you started, call
