A note from Tony Ray: Kyle and Jeff had the great pleasure, lol, of trying to rescue
my carpet after a holiday party. Mind you, my carpet is a light colored, cut-loop berber. The carpet is several
years old and was getting pretty worn down. I expected to be replacing it soon. When Jack's Carpet Cleaning showed up, I have to admit, I was pretty skeptical. Especially since I had not
seen the new rotary wand machine before. They assured me I would be impressed. After Kyle and Jeff were done, it looked
almost new again. I was impressed. And the carpet was and still is really soft.
Then they asked me if they could show me how the machine worked on tile.
The tile floors in my home are cleaned quite often, so I did not see the need. In fact, they had just been cleaned thoroughly
the day before. Still, Kyle wanted to clean them, so what did I have to loose? My pride, that's what. The difference between the tiles they cleaned and the uncleaned tiles was amazing.
