Buyers Tax Credit - The Rules Have Changed
 If you know of someone planning to buy a home and take advantage
of the buyers $8000 tax credit, please tell them to read the New Rules. It is short and easy to read. With
only a few months left, any new buyer should know this information whether they are working with a Realtor already or not.

I want it!
As I was looking in the Realtor database
this morning, I came across a new listing.
 One of my favorite Ice House Lofts.
This
one has two private bedrooms and a loft. Not to mention over 2200 square feet of living space, front courtyard and a
private, back patio.

Cho to Bring the LOLs to Pride on Parade
 Tucson’s Gay Pride is right around the corner, and
it is shaping out to be a fabulous one! To start things off the Pride on Parade will be happening on October 9th and this
year it will be a must see event.
In addition to the regular floats, Dikes on Bikes, Dancing Gay Boys, Dragqueens and Trannies, (check out last’s years parade) a hilarious, self-proclaimed Fag-Hag will be joining the soiree. Of course I am talking of none other than comedian/Gay Icon
Margaret Cho! Yes, it is official,
Miss Cho is the Celebrity Grand Marshall for 09’s Pride on Parade. Margaret will be performing at the Rialto Theatre (tickets are still available!) on October 9th but right before, she will be getting her gay on at the Parade.
Be sure to make your way to
4th avenue to catch the funny lady as she joins Pride in the Desert to kickoff what will be the gayest weekend in Tucson.
