The California Supreme Court upheld
a ban on same-sex marriage Today, but it also decided that the gay couples who tied the knot before the law took
effect will stay wed. Check out the story on the news page.
Hope you had a relaxing weekend. I took Sunday and Monday off for some much needed recreation and
relaxation. I even had a margarita and watched Harry Potter movies. Good times.

If You or Someone You Know Needs Help
A friend of m ine just shared a story with me that really shocked me. You know who Napoleon Hill was right? He wrote a very famous book
called, “Think and Grow Rich” - a guide on how to be mega
wealthy. Now here is the thing that shocked me…he was not rich himself. I never knew that. He was a reporter who was broke before he started the project and when he died he was almost broke again. So he wrote this book which is a road map to wealth; he interviewed
hundreds of millionaires; he wrote down exactly what they did, but when it came right down to it, he did not implement all
the things he had learned. That is absolutely amazing! He didn’t take action!!!Right now there’s a lot of things going on with the economy. I know you watch the news. There are a lot
of people who have found themselves in difficult or unusual financial situations. If you find yourself in a quandary that you need some help with, don’t be like Napoleon Hill and ignore good
advice. I can help you. Give me a call. I have some
good answers for your problems whether you are looking to buy or sell, or if you need answers to anything else that has to
do with the real estate market. From short sales
to credit repair, I have an amazing team that I have put together for you and we are here to help you.So what do you have to do? Well first ask and then more importantly, put
what you learn into action. Don’t be like Napoleon Hill. There are answers. Don’t put your head in the sand. This is an amazing opportunity to just simplify your life and make things
better.Give me a call, shoot me an email, and I look forward
to talking to you.

New Loft Pages and Facebook
New Loft s Pages: I just added two new pages
to the Lofts / Condos page to my real estate website MyGreenTucson.com. One about the Barrio Metalica Lofts and the other is about the Ice House Lofts.
The lofts page for Barrio Metalica already has a bunch of photos, the Ice House Lofts
page has a few, more are on the way. I will be adding loft projects as I get the
photos, they are definitely changing the landscape of Tucson real estate.
Trendy and urban, most of them have some great green features as well. I am listing the green features with each loft
project as I learn about them. Facebook surprise: Who knew?
I listed a home and put a little blurb on Facebook about the home and some of its features. In just a few days, another
Realtor has called to tell me that his client found the home on my profile and wants to see it. Gotta love Facebook!
