Market Recovery
While prices came down a little and sales are still down from 2007, more homes are selling as you can see by these statistics.
Beth and I have certainly noticed an increase in buyers referred to us last month and almost all of our listings have sold
again. We are excited about 2008. Your referrals are greatly appreciated.
